Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting the work of Maya Tevet Dayan. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for books, workshops, courses, retreats, and other services purchased through this website.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. General Policy

We strive to treat all customers fairly while recognizing that workshops, educational programs, and events require advance planning and limited spaces.

Where consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply.

2. Workshops, Lectures, and Single Events

Unless otherwise stated on the registration page:

• A full refund is available if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
• If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are generally non-refundable.

If we cancel an event, you may choose either:

• a full refund; or
• a transfer to another available session, where offered.

3. Multi-Session Programs

Programs sold as a series, season, membership, or multi-session course (including The Inspiration Season) may be cancelled for a full refund before the program officially begins, unless a different policy is clearly stated on the registration page.

Once the program has started, refunds are generally not available for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal.

4. Retreats

Retreats may be organized or administered by an independent event organizer.

Where a retreat is managed by a third party, the cancellation and refund policy published for that specific retreat will apply and may differ from this general policy.

Participants are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance for retreat-related travel expenses.

5. Books and Physical Products

If you purchase a physical book through this website:

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
• If permitted by applicable law, unopened and unused books may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returned books must be in resaleable condition.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may:

• replace the item;
• issue a refund; or
• provide another suitable solution.

Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested to assist with the claim.

7. Digital Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, digital downloads, recordings, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased digital content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Payment Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

Requests falling outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, although we are not obligated to provide refunds beyond this policy or applicable law.
